Anna’s primal movement methodology incorporate an emphasis on mobility and interval training designed for time-poor individuals to drop body fat, gain function and strength in short low impact sessions that are fun! She works exclusively with clients who are committed in developing long term life skills in optimal health, nutrition, fitness and well being.
With her 12 Week Coaching Programs, Anna equips time poor clients from around the world to train the BlockFIT method. With an individually tailored approach to each client’s heath and fitness goals, these highly successful 12 Week programs are based on a functional training and whole-foods approach which includes meal prep and recipes, body shredding interval training programs, motivation, mindset and fitness know-how in a safe, supportive environment.
